College life can be hard. Some may say it can even be alienating (pun intended). The objective of this campaign was to prepare advertisements that outline the content of the UITS Student Guide, and explain how to resolve potential IU tech issues, to incoming Indiana University freshman so that their struggles aren't impeding on their experience as a student. The Student Guide contains critical tech tips and tools such as a tutorial for gaining access to the all-encompassing IU Mobile app or a list of what the Indiana University student ID (CrimsonCard) can do.

We want to bring students back to Planet IU one post at a time. By precisely targeting the freshman class at high-traffic events such as orientation, big football games, or midterms, Instagram will put UITS' Student Guide directly into the hands of every freshman at every Indiana University campus.
To a freshman, their dorm hallways are cluttered with enough unnecessary posters to wrap around Jupiter and back — we think. By placing posters in the lobby of each IU dorm, and on the walls of popular library study spots, students will continuously be reassured that UITS' Student Guide will ensure they're doing school the way it was intended to be done.
Launching an out-of-this-world experiential marketing event, UITS will place a car-sized UFO in the middle of busy campus parking lots, complete with interactive displays and a chance to win prizes. This immersive experience will not only captivate students' attention, but also showcase and promote the student guide, providing valuable resources to help them succeed.
